K-pop girl group TWICE made history as the first K-pop girl group to appear on the famous U.S. morning show 'NBC's TODAY'.

On July 5th (local time), TWICE appeared on the "Citi Concert Series on TODAY" of NBC's TODAY show, which is a representative morning show in the United States. The live broadcast took place at Rockefeller Center Plaza in New York, and TWICE delivered a stage performance of their luxury hit songs loved not only in the United States but worldwide. The anchor of NBC's TODAY, Craig Melvin, introduced TWICE as the "queens of K-pop making history," and the members greeted the multitude of fans who filled Rockefeller Center Plaza with their English greetings.

TWICE performed band versions of their songs, including the English version of the title track "SET ME FREE" from their mini 12th album "READY TO BE," which reached the 2nd place on the Billboard 200 chart in March, and the English single "MOONLIGHT SUNRISE," which successfully entered the Billboard Hot 100 chart for the second time. They also melted fans' hearts with a performance of "Alcohol-Free," a song that perfectly suits the early summer season.

Rockefeller Center Plaza was packed with fans who gathered to see TWICE, creating a passionate atmosphere. Long queues formed since the previous day, and when the members appeared, fans chanted their names and sang along to the lyrics, creating a concert-like atmosphere filled with enthusiastic support. TWICE, dressed in the outfits from the "SET ME FREE" music video, exuded charismatic and powerful energy, as well as a sentimental atmosphere and captivating charm that matched each song, responding to the immense love and hospitality they received.

Meanwhile, as part of their fifth world tour, "TWICE 5TH WORLD TOUR 'READY TO BE'," TWICE will hold a solo concert at MetLife Stadium in New York on July 6th. Earlier, they sold out the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles in June, performing with an audience of 50,000, and they achieved another sold-out status for the MetLife Stadium in advance.
