The group PURPLE KISS will make a comeback with a stronger purple color.
On the afternoon of the 6th, a showcase was held at Ilji Art Hall in Gangnam, Seoul to commemorate the release of the third mini-album "memeM" by Purple Kiss (Park Ji-eun, Nagone, Dossi, Ire, Yuki, Chaein, and Suan). The event was also broadcast live online.
The members, who held a comeback showcase a week after the album was released in the aftermath of COVID-19, expressed regret. Park Ji-eun said, "I was sorry that I couldn't show you the comeback stage right away," and Yuki confessed, "It's a lie if I wasn't upset."
At the same time, she said that she made a comeback in a stronger shape after having a time of charging and reorganization during the quarantine period, and said, "I will show you a poisonous stage."
The comeback title song "Mammam" is a song involving hitmaker Seo Yong-bae, led by Kim Do-hoon, and Kang Ji-won, who has been working with Lee Ho-sang in his previous work. The genre and BPM's changes that pass like a scene transition from time to time as if they are digging through memories are unique tracks, and the lyrics of "Mammamamam" that hover around your ears dominate your head to maximize the charm of Purple Kiss.
Chae-in picked the introduction part of the second verse as the killing part, saying, "The song that was running to the fast beat suddenly slows down. On top of that, the members dance the flow choreography to the unique vocals of Suan. She expressed confidence, saying, "It's an attempt that only Purple Kiss can show."
