More than 110,000 people visited photo exhibitions and pop-up stores held in time for the group BTS (BTS)'s Las Vegas performance in the U.S.

According to HIBE on the 21st, 114,000 visitors visited the hands-on pop-up store and photo exhibition as part of the "THE CITY" project in Las Vegas from the 5th to the 17th of this month.

"The City" is a customized event prepared for the BTS performance.

It is characterized by allowing fans not only to watch performances, but also to enjoy fountain shows to match BTS music, or to experience BTS-themed hotel rooms and photo exhibitions.

HIBE explained, "The number of visitors to the pop-up store and photo exhibition is 70,000 and 44,000, respectively, more than 2.5 times that of this year's Electronic and Information Technology (IT) exhibition "CES" (about 45,000)"

The number of payments made at official MD stores, including pop-up stores, was about 123,000 cases.

HIBE reported that about 200,000 people (estimated by MGM Resort International) gathered near the Bellagio Hotel, where a fountain show was held to match BTS's hit songs "Butter" and "Dynamite."

In addition, about 3,500 rooms were operated as "BTS Theme Rooms" at 11 hotels under MGM Resort International.

HIBE explained, "More than 10,000 people visited the restaurant that served Korean food enjoyed by BTS members as a course meal, and 4,000 pre-booked tickets were sold out at the after-party held after the concert."

Interest in the "The City" project was also hot on social networking services (SNS).

On Twitter, there were more than 9.24 million hashtags related to "The City."

In addition, more than 8.5 million posts with the hashtag "LASVEGAS" were confirmed from the 1st to the 17th of this month. HIBE said, "This is a 1,300% increase compared to the same period last year," and stressed, "It is 1.2 times more than the post (post) and 8 times more than the CES period during the Grammy Awards in Las Vegas just before The City."

HIBE plans to expand its "The City" project, starting with Las Vegas.
