A performance video set in the Korean cultural heritage of the group BTS (BTS) will be screened at the 2020 Dubai Expo, which marks Korean week.
The Cultural Heritage Administration and the Korea Foundation of Cultural Heritage announced that BTS's performance video will be screened on a large LED screen at the Korean Pavilion Madang of the 2020 Dubai Expo to mark the Korean Week, which runs from the 16th to the 20th of Korea.
The video of BTS is "Dynamite" set in Gyeongbokgung Palace, a Joseon's legal palace, and "Permission to Dance" set in Sungnyemun, a national treasure.
The Cultural Heritage Administration expects the video of BTS, which is gaining high popularity worldwide, to further enhance the response of visitors from all over the world and interest in Korean cultural heritage.
On Korean Day, 700 visitors to the Cultural Heritage Museum will be given lucky bags, traditional crafts, to introduce traditional Korean customs for the New Year. In addition, visitors who participated in the Instagram event of the Cultural Heritage Center during the Korean Week will be presented with scarves with royal cloth patterns on a first-come, first-served basis.
