BTS (BTS) V has become the most viewed individual page view of K-POP artists in 2021 in Wikipedia's official ranking.



From January to December 2021, V proved hot topic in Wikipedia statistics, with an average of 21,087 views per day, a total of 7.69 million views.

V showed off his powerful influence by winning the top view of all K-POP solo artists' pages as well as BTS members.



In addition, V showed off his strong influence by ranking No. 1 in all K-POP solo artists page views for 10 consecutive months from March to December 2021 in Wikipedia's "WikiProject Korea/Popular pages."

In particular, in December, he ranked No. 1 in individual rankings and No. 7 overall, drawing keen attention as he was the only individual page to be ranked in the top 10 in Korea.

Wikipedia is an online encyclopedia in the form of user participation, and in particular, the English version of Wikipedia page is recognized as a proven indicator that can quantify the world's topic and impact.



Page view, the number of visitors, is one of the recognized social popularity indicators that has secured reliability and popularity enough to be used as an indicator of the popularity of the U.S. presidential election and data on Billboard Social Chart.


V boasts the highest number of views among K-POP stars with more than 23.51 million cumulative page views worldwide from July 2015 to January 22, 2022, when Wikipedia began to be serviced.





In addition, since BTS opened a personal Instagram account last year, V's Instagram has surpassed 1 million followers in 43 minutes and 10 million in 4 hours and 47 minutes, drawing attention by officially receiving two new world records from Guinness World Records. Recently, four Instagram posts surpassed 17 million "likes," showing off their one-top popularity by killing all four of Asia.



Based on the data collected from January 1st to December 14th, 2021, V topped the list of "Asia Celebrities most searched on Google," and boasted strong social power and presence based on global popularity, including Britain's Nubia Magazine's "Most Popular BTS Member" in 2021 and Germany's largest magazine, Brigitte.
